  • Accelerated training programs aimed at obtaining professional qualifications like Certificate 3.
  • Paid certified CPR and First Aid training courses.

Candidate Profile

  • Enjoy diversity and variation in the daily work routine.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality care and service.
  • Able to cultivate positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Maintain resilience and a positive outlook even when faced with client bad days or unexpected delays.
  • Capable of working autonomously, solving day-to-day challenges, and escalating issues appropriately to management.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of three months experience in a similar care role involving personal care, manual handling, hoist use, and medication assistance.

Job Duties

  • Providing home help services such as general housekeeping, bed-making, floor cleaning (mopping and vacuuming), laundry tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
  • Delivering personal care support including assisting clients with getting out of bed, showering, dressing, medication assistance, mobility and therapy goals support, complex care for clients with high needs (e.g., dementia), social and emotional support, transportation to appointments or lifestyle activities, and respite support for family carers.

Why Work With Us

  • Every team member from care providers to leadership contributes to delivering the highest standard of care.
  • Our care approach prioritizes safety, individuality, connection, and effectiveness.
  • We are among a few Australian home care providers accredited to meet both national health and aged care standards, comparable to hospital or residential aged care services.
