Role Overview
As a Helicopter Quality Control Inspector stationed in Ras Tanura and Tanajib, you will be dedicated full-time and onsite to ensuring helicopters and components meet all quality, regulatory, and manufacturer guidelines. Your duties include rigorous inspections of aircraft and maintenance activities, reviewing maintenance records, auditing flight line and hangar operations to spot non-compliance, and proposing corrective measures. Collaboration with maintenance teams, thorough documentation, root cause investigation support, and enforcing quality control procedures will be core to your daily tasks. Close coordination with engineering, operations, and safety teams will uphold the fleet's airworthiness, safety, and dependability.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in helicopter maintenance quality control and inspections.
- Experience implementing Quality Assurance and Management systems in aviation or aerospace contexts.
- Strong communication skills for reporting, documenting, and teamwork.
- Relevant technical certification or licensing (e.g., helicopter mechanic/engineer or Part-145 equivalent).
- Familiarity with international and Saudi aviation regulations and rotary-wing safety standards.
- Skillful in interpreting maintenance documentation, technical manuals, and computerized maintenance management systems.
- Detail-oriented with analytical acumen and sound decision-making under operational pressures.
- Hands-on experience inspecting AW139 and Airbus H145 D2/3 helicopters.
