Harness Platform Transformation Engineer

About the Role and Company

K&K Talents is an established international recruitment firm operating in Europe since 1993. One of their UK-based clients is currently recruiting to expand their team with a specialist experienced in the Harness Software Delivery Platform located in London with hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise Required

• Possess over 12 years of experience in DevOps, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) engineering, or platform engineering roles.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of direct hands-on work specifically with the Harness platform, including its components for CI, CD, Security Testing Orchestration (STO), Chaos engineering, and Cloud Cost Management (CCM).
• Design and implement enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines effectively.
• Have strong skills with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
• Work proficiently with Git workflows, including platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Write and manage configuration using YAML, along with scripting in Shell, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Helm.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of DevSecOps principles, implement security integrations, create policies using Open Policy Agent (OPA), and comply with relevant frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Harness AI Agents, applying AI-driven policy enforcement mechanisms, generating insightful analytics, and automating decision-making workflows.
