- Fluency in utilizing large language models (LLMs) beyond basic chat capabilities.
- Familiarity with enterprise or multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong command of written English to craft high-quality outreach communications.
- Willingness to work onsite in the London office 3 to 4 days per week.
- Bonus qualifications: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or SQL) or extensive no-code automation skills, knowledge or passion for the nonprofit/social impact sector, experience in early-stage environments without established sales playbooks, and familiarity with multi-product sales.

- Weekly slow run club and paid volunteer days for nonprofit causes.
- Paid conference attendance days and birthday leave.
- 25 days of annual leave plus paid public holidays, sick leave, wellness leave, parental leave.
- Workplace nursery scheme, pension plan with salary sacrifice option, UK cycle-to-work program, and carbon offsetting initiatives.
- Flexible working hours and an initial work-from-home budget.
