Job description
About the Company
The client is a well-established Nigerian enterprise with over 25 years of experience, operating across diverse sectors including architecture, construction, property development and investment, facilities and property management, hospitality, short-let accommodation, wellness and lifestyle services, and restaurants. As the group transitions from its entrepreneurial, founder-led roots into a more structured and scalable organization, it is launching new ventures such as a financial technology platform to provide financing solutions to its ecosystem. This expansion requires enhanced leadership, systems, and organizational capabilities to support future growth.
Role Purpose
The Group Head of Human Resources will function as a strategic leader overseeing people development and management across all group companies and business units. This executive will transform HR from a largely administrative role into a key strategic partner by focusing on leadership development, organizational structuring, talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation strategy, culture building, and workforce planning. Collaborating closely with the CEO and General Managers, the role ensures the right talent is placed in appropriate roles with clear expectations to drive sustainable expansion.
