About the Role

VW Paving Ltd is seeking skilled Groundworkers and External Finishers to join our expanding team in Trowbridge, England. We value dedicated and dependable individuals who deliver top-notch workmanship and thrive within an active groundwork team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of groundwork tasks and site preparation activities
• Install drainage systems as required
• Carry out kerbing and edging work
• Lay paving and slabs with precision
• Conduct external finishing tasks to a high standard
• Engage in landscaping and site restoration
• Interpret and work from drawings and site instructions
• Consistently maintain excellent craftsmanship throughout projects

Requirements

• Previous experience in groundwork or external finishing roles
• Keen attention to detail for quality assurance
• Reliable with punctuality and good work ethics
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Preferred possession of a valid driving license

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from 18 to 23, based on experience
• Provision of company VW van for work duties
