Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining plant grounds and operational areas, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep plant grounds, stockpiles, and working areas clean, organized, and orderly.
• Conduct housekeeping duties and clean plant equipment, loading zones, and washdown stations.
• Engage in clear and consistent communication with plant management to support safe and efficient operations.
• Operate heavy equipment, such as front-end loaders, as required.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have at least one year of experience in industrial, yard work, or manufacturing environments.
• Experienced in operating equipment like forklifts and loaders.
• Strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
