Role Overview
The Graphic Designer position involves crafting and enhancing visual materials for branding, marketing initiatives, and digital channels while adhering to both client and internal brand standards. The responsibilities include designing logos, marketing collateral, social media visuals, and presentation materials. The role also requires teamwork with writers, video editors, and strategists to produce unified visual storytelling. Additional duties encompass preparing assets for both print and digital publication, managing design asset libraries, and keeping updated with the latest design trends and software tools. This is a full-time, on-location role based in Bhopal, working closely with the in-house creative and production teams.
Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in visual design applicable to both digital and print formats.
- Experience in logo creation and branding to establish unique and consistent brand identities.
- Proficiency in typography and layout design to ensure clarity, readability, and visual balance.
- Advanced expertise in leading design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or comparable applications.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs into impactful visual concepts and collaborate effectively within a dynamic studio environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, effective time management skills, and an openness to constructive critique and iterative design revisions.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects; formal education in design or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
