Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Ahmedabad team to enhance our marketing and business initiatives through compelling visual storytelling in the real estate industry. The candidate should possess at least one year of professional graphic design experience and have a strong aesthetic sense supported by a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, property listings, and proposals.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, property flyers, and social media graphics.
- Develop and uphold branding elements to ensure consistency across all corporate communications.
- Contribute to video and motion graphic projects utilizing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Employ AI-based technologies for generating images and videos aligned with project requirements.
- Maintain brand alignment and uphold the premium image of the firm in all design outputs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of one year’s experience in graphic design, preferably within real estate, architecture, or luxury/lifestyle brands.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of AI creative tools for generating visual content.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics platforms such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is desirable.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design capabilities and innovative problem-solving techniques.
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals like typography, color theory, and brand identity development.
