Graphic Designer

About the Role

We seek a skilled Graphic Designer to become part of our Training & Development team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves crafting visual, training, presentation, and digital content that aligns with our corporate brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce creative visual designs consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Design and develop presentations, training documentation, and various communication materials.
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts to enhance visual appeal.
• Maintain visual uniformity across all materials and communication platforms.
• Prepare layouts for both digital platforms and print media production.
• Edit images and enhance visual content as needed for quality and clarity.
• Keep abreast of current trends, tools, and best practices in design.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Integrate feedback from stakeholders, efficiently revising designs as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related disciplines.
• Between 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Canva or comparable digital design platforms is beneficial.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual composition.
• Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of managing stress and meeting deadlines while juggling several projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
