Global Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager based in Singapore with flexibility for partial remote work. This role requires managing designated client accounts, building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Director, the Account Manager will oversee daily account operations fully.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, nurturing durable and positive relationships
• Organize and lead regular meetings focused on business progress and performance reviews
• Conduct training and workshop sessions for clients and their vendors
• Handle client accounts spanning various industries across the APAC region
• Effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-moving environment with great attention to detail
• Promptly resolve any client concerns or issues professionally
• Possess in-depth knowledge about your account portfolio, including escalation procedures and troubleshooting
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, or related disciplines
• Preferably experienced in customer service within logistics or supply chain sectors
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, notably Excel; knowledge of SQL is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships effectively
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously
• Analytical thinker with strategic planning skills
• Self-driven, flexible, and reliable
• Fast learner who performs well in changing environments
• Fluency in English required for internal and external communication; additional languages are a plus
