Overview
We are seeking a dynamic German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join a prominent B2B software company specializing in mobile digitization technologies. The role is based onsite in Munich-Unterhaching and includes national travel. This full-time permanent position offers a compensation package with an OTE ranging from €70,000 to €110,000 including uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business pipelines by proactively identifying, qualifying, and engaging C-level executives within mid-market and enterprise organizations, focusing primarily on new business opportunities (~90%).
- Manage the complete sales process from initial cold outreach, product demonstrations, complex bidding, pricing negotiations through to closing contracts.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and webinars, and represent the company at national trade shows to capture high-value leads.
- Explore and develop strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts to increase market share and account value.
- Collaborate closely with internal Presales and Telesales teams to optimize lead transfer, improve sales pitches, and elevate conversion rates.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales or outbound development, preferably selling technical software or SaaS solutions with complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional sales aptitude with a hunter mentality, excelling in cold outreach, pitching, and closing deals.
- Fluency at native or C2 level in German is mandatory.
- Motivated to work from the Munich-Unterhaching office and willing to travel frequently for field engagements, client meetings, and industry fairs.
- Proven track record evidenced by a structured CV with clear key performance indicators and stable employment history.
- Additional advantage given to candidates with educational or professional experience in electrical engineering or industrial process sectors.
Compensation and Benefits
- Highly competitive base salary complemented by an uncapped commission scheme, totaling an OTE of €70,000 to €110,000.
