About the Role
As a General Technician at Hilton, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of hotel facilities. Your work helps create memorable and welcoming experiences for every guest by maintaining all physical aspects of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all hotel areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house to ensure they are fully functional and safe.
- Respond promptly to guest service requests and work orders raised by team members.
- Perform diverse maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry repairs.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections to identify and resolve maintenance needs before they escalate.
- Keep accurate records of inspections, repairs, and flag any issues needing additional attention.
