About the Role
Envertiz Consultancy is recruiting for a reputable GP practice located in South East London. This position offers healthcare professionals the chance to join a compassionate, patient-centered team within one of London's premier primary care settings. Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent clinical care to patients registered and visiting the GP practice.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and the local team to assist in implementing the surgery's operational objectives.
- Contribute to maintaining high practice standards through involvement in clinical governance, audits, QOF, and compliance with standards such as CQC.
- Provide clinical services as outlined in the job plan, following the total triage model including face-to-face, video, and telephone consultations; manage correspondence, test results, medication reviews, prescriptions, safeguarding responsibilities, medicals, reporting, home visits, meetings, and on-call duties (excluding out-of-hours).
- Uphold the rigorous personal and professional standards defined by the GMC, ensuring patient care remains paramount.
- Work alongside the Practice Manager and clinical leads to implement the practice’s action plans involving list management, patient satisfaction, QOF, enhanced services, KPI achievement, resource allocation, and cost control.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of current GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List with active clinical engagement.
- Experienced GP with accreditation such as MRCGP or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services.
- Solid understanding of QOF, Local Commissioning Schemes (LCS), Directed Enhanced Services (DES), Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUINs), and relevant coding practices.
- Familiarity with clinical management systems like SystmOne or EMISweb is advantageous but not mandatory.
