Key Responsibilities

• Offer welcoming and professional customer assistance by greeting shoppers, helping with product choices, promoting merchandise and services, locating items, supporting buying decisions, and addressing or directing customer inquiries as needed.
• Maintain sales floor coverage including assigned sections; assist at the Front End when necessary, coordinating with team members to ensure customer needs are fulfilled consistently.
• Keep product displays tidy and organized by zoning assigned areas, relocating featured merchandise to proper spots, and managing recovery merchandise from customer service or store locations.
• Handle stocking operations including replenishment, downstocking, applying protective measures on products, and executing shelf and modular setups including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Ensure the workspace is safe and free from hazards by following company policies, completing safety inspections, and securing fixtures and displays properly.
• Remain flexible with work hours, covering shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate to maintain smooth store operations and consistent service quality.

Challenges in this Position

• Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, while maintaining energy and concentration.
• Carry out physical duties such as prolonged standing, bending, lifting items up to 20 pounds generally and sometimes up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive stocking and organizing activities diligently to uphold store standards.

Compensation

The starting hourly pay for this position is $16.50.
