CCS operates across schools, office buildings, retail sites, and other facilities throughout Ontario to create cleaner and healthier environments.
Shifts and Compensation
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm at $18 per hour
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm at $18 per hour
- Saturday and Sunday: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at $18 per hour

Role Responsibilities
- Execute thorough janitorial duties such as dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces
- Maintain safe and healthy environments by sanitizing and disinfecting all surfaces
- Collect and properly dispose of waste materials
- Clean shared spaces including entrances, stairwells, restrooms, and common areas
- Apply industry best practices in cleaning to consistently deliver high-quality results
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing unique client needs
- Contribute to the company mission of building value and cleaning smartly
Candidate Requirements
- Strong dedication to customer service
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Positive, approachable demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques
- Successful completion of a Police Background Check
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Standing and walking for the entire shift duration
- Capability to bend, stretch, lift, carry, pull, and climb stairs
