Full Time Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Overview

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service through the precise execution of stocking duties. The Stocking 1 Team Associate ensures accurate replenishment of picks and new stock in a clean and safe environment. Collaborating with team members, the associate participates in planning and completing workload tasks aligned with store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers, assist them by recommending products and services, help locate items, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assess assigned store areas for daily workload and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Sign merchandise accurately upon receipt.
• Maintain shelf displays to ensure correct modular design and proper stock capacities.
• Manage merchandise and inventory in CAP/VizPicking bins to support optimal product availability.
• Utilize appropriate fixtures, tools, and supplies required for stocking activities.
• Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness by following company policies, safety logs, and securing fixtures and displays.
• Organize and prepare the backroom area to facilitate efficient unloading of stock shipments.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.15 CAD.

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
