Full-Time Dishwasher

About the Role

Eurest is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join their team at the Intel OC43 Cafe located at 4500 Dobson Road, Chandler, AZ 85248. This full-time position requires candidates to have prior dishwashing experience and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Remove food residues from dishes before washing, using either manual or machine methods to ensure all items meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Thoroughly clean pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen equipment following prescribed procedures.
• Polish silverware using equipment and manual techniques to guarantee complete sanitation.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and maintain proper temperatures and chemical usage according to guidelines.
• Keep dishwashing areas organized and sanitized at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping regularly to comply with sanitation standards.
• Clean food preparation surfaces, including worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Dispose of trash properly and sanitize garbage containers using steam cleaning or hose methods.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work zones.
• Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in dishwashing is mandatory.

Compensation and Schedule

The position offers a fixed hourly wage of $17.00. The work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.
