Job Responsibilities

Your tasks include working full-time shifts, specifically during late night and overnight hours from 3pm to 7am, ensuring the preparation of high-quality food items that meet GYG’s standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a cooking role within a busy hospitality setting
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent practical experience
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with the team
