Full Stack Engineer (AI)

About the Role

The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing artificial intelligence solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Google Gemini. This role emphasizes the creation of scalable, secure, and impactful AI applications integrated into enterprise workflows utilizing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and intelligent automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered solutions combining LLMs, RAG mechanisms, and automation platforms.
• Implement document processing pipelines using Azure Document Intelligence and optical character recognition (OCR) technologies.
• Architect scalable AI platforms ensuring security, governance, and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to foster innovation and encourage adoption of AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in software, cloud, data, or AI engineering, including at least two years focused on AI or generative AI projects.
• Proven hands-on expertise with OpenAI, Azure AI services, Google Gemini, and vector database technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming, RESTful API development, and cloud-native application design.
• Familiarity with AI toolkits and frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, alongside operational knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Exposure to developing AI agents, multimodal AI systems, and sophisticated orchestration techniques.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes and Docker, and deployment within cloud-native environments.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and frameworks supporting governance and compliance.
• Background knowledge or experience in Insurance or Banking sectors is highly advantageous.
