Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated JavaScript/TypeScript Full-Stack Developer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This position involves crafting efficient, high-quality code primarily focused on training and optimizing AI models. The role requires active participation in benchmarking model performance and analyzing outcomes to drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain robust, high-quality software for AI model training and optimization.
- Perform evaluations to measure AI model effectiveness and analyze findings for iterative enhancement.
- Assess and rank AI-generated responses to user queries across multiple domains ensuring alignment with established standards.
- Generate detailed explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong reasoning and technical knowledge.
- Lead supervised fine-tuning efforts by developing and managing quality, task-specific datasets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Solid experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in full-stack development projects.
- Proficient with Node.js for backend development tasks.
- Familiar with Nest.js framework for building scalable server-side applications.
- Knowledgeable in frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Ability to produce clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
