Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a full-time remote position. This role involves the deployment and integration of AI solutions with enterprise customers, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI models and related infrastructure tailored to enterprise client requirements concerning performance and scalability.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems to reduce downtime and maintain system stability.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to collect feedback and enhance solutions aligned with customer demands.
- Create and update documentation for deployed systems to facilitate ongoing operations and future deployments.
- Offer technical leadership to customers including training, sharing best practices, and proactive support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in deploying and scaling AI or machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficient in Python programming language and familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for identifying and fixing complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as CI/CD pipeline implementation, is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
