Role Overview
This position involves creatively applying technical expertise to design customized solutions that drive tangible results. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed with key strategic customers, collaborating closely on high-stakes projects by ideating system architectures, product features, and executing complex full-scale integrations. Ownership of challenging projects from start to finish ensures a significant impact on client success and technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully manage the lifecycle and delivery of major projects for high-value partners, ensuring high-impact outcomes.
- Work directly with engineering and executive stakeholders at customer organizations to optimize use of ElevenLabs technologies.
- Innovate through coding and technical problem-solving to meet complex client needs and push technological boundaries.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience collaborating directly with customers; participation in student organizations or personal projects with customer interaction is acceptable if there is enthusiasm for technical client engagement.
- Proficient in Python programming with comprehensive understanding of software development processes, architecture, and API integrations.
- Strong communication and analytical skills to convey intricate technical concepts clearly and apply logical problem-solving.
Location and Language
This remote-first position is open across Saudi Arabia, with a preference for candidates based in Riyadh. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Arabic and possess a nuanced appreciation of the regional culture.
