Opportunity Overview
Lavishka Enterprise is seeking highly skilled Software Engineers with at least five years of professional experience, preferably with a background in startups, to join our team as Forward Deployed Engineers focusing on AI solutions. This full-time role based in Bengaluru offers the chance to work closely with enterprise customers, developing AI systems from the initial idea stage to deployment in production environments.
Key Responsibilities and Role Highlights
- Design and build scalable and robust AI-based software architectures integrating APIs and distributed systems.
- Collaborate intensely with clients to understand their challenges and craft tailored AI-driven solutions.
- Apply strong problem-solving and system design expertise to address complex technical issues.
- Incorporate AI, Generative AI, and automation technologies into real-world applications.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability by maintaining long-term impact of delivered systems.
Mandatory Requirements
- a minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, including startup exposure.
- Proven experience working in dynamic startup environments reflecting ownership and adaptability.
- Exceptional communication skills for customer interaction and relationship management.
- Proficiency in designing APIs, system integrations, and distributed architectures.
- Strong foundation in AI concepts such as Generative AI and automation frameworks.
- Professional stability with at least two years of continuous tenure at a company since 2020.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with AI agents, large language models, or Generative AI technologies.
- Knowledge in conversational AI and customer-facing engineering roles.
- Background in solutions engineering and forward deployed engineering.
Compensation and Locations
Competitive compensation is offered, with packages up to ₹10,000,000 INR per annum. This position is available at our Mumbai and Bengaluru offices, requiring full-time onsite presence.
