About Pilgrim's Europe
Pilgrim's Europe is a prominent food production company, currently seeking a Floor Walker to join its committed workforce at the Grantham facility. This role offers an excellent chance to work in a supportive environment with promising career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport pallets of products and packaging efficiently within a fast-moving setting using Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT).
- Accurately weigh pallets of products using floor scales to ensure correct measurement.
- Maintain precise documentation to guarantee comprehensive and accurate product traceability at all times.
- Perform manual handling tasks as part of daily duties.
- Work autonomously without supervision when required.
- Adhere to the alternating shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting wage for this position is £538 per week, equivalent to £29,976 annually. Employees receive a competitive salary alongside benefits such as:
