Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance department reporting directly to the CEO.
• Manage financial planning, reporting, and business partnership activities.
• Oversee financial governance, risk management, and support major initiatives such as business development, mergers and acquisitions, and global partnerships.
• Assess financial performance versus targets, identify variances and risks, and advocate timely corrective measures across business units.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, influencing financial direction and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with operations and departmental heads to deliver financial insights, boost profitability, and manage costs effectively.
• Engage external stakeholders including banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other professionals.
• Build and maintain a high-performance finance team while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation within finance functions to accommodate scalable growth.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a Chartered Accountant holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Energy, Manufacturing, or Construction industries.
• Strong mastery of IFRS standards and costing principles.
• Proven experience in business partnering and financial leadership.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, with excellent interpersonal capabilities.
