Finance Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our team at LAMINA Company Ltd based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in finance within manufacturing or industrial sectors, bringing expertise in financial planning, cost control, and profitability enhancement.

Key Duties

• Direct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting, product pricing strategies, margin analysis, and overall profitability.
• Supervise standard and bill of materials (BOM) costing, inventory valuation, and analysis of production variances.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives to enhance operational margins.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, adherence to financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver insightful financial advice and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
• Lead and cultivate the Finance and Accounting department team.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience, especially within manufacturing or industrial enterprises.
• Proficiency in costing methods, pricing policies, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and profitability oversight.
• Strong leadership qualities, analytical capabilities, and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Possession of a recognized professional certification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, SOCPA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of IFRS standards.
