Job description
Main Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, and complete finished products adhering to production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Detect, document, and report any defects, deviations, or quality issues to the Supervisor or Quality team promptly.
- Ensure that finished goods are properly labeled, packaged, and accompanied by accurate documentation.
- Clean units after handling using hoovers and cleaning sprays to maintain hygiene standards.
- Utilize tools such as drills and impactors as necessary during assembly and packing processes.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organized workspace consistent with 6S principles and Health & Safety regulations.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality protocols, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Complete production records, check sheets, and all relevant documentation accurately and timely.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and participate in Lean initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, Supervisors, Quality, and Engineering teams to meet daily production goals.
- Assist in training new operators when required to ensure team competency.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Supervisor to support operations.
Health, Safety & Quality Compliance
- Fully comply with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately at all times.
- Ensure all work activities meet company quality standards, ISO requirements, and customer specifications.
Additional Information
The role requires flexibility to undertake other duties the company may assign periodically to support operational needs.
