Field Service Engineer

Overview

Zera India Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to provide expert support for electrical systems both on-site and at our facilities. This role involves direct interaction with customers and requires technical proficiency in electrical equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission electrical machinery and devices at various customer locations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and offer technical assistance to clients.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and diagnose issues promptly.
• Respond to service calls, identifying and resolving technical problems effectively.
• Document service activities thoroughly by preparing detailed reports.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure smooth problem resolution.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Prior experience in field service or a related technical role is advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake travel as part of field and resident job duties.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities coupled with effective communication skills.
