Field Sales Representative

About the Role

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for acquiring new customers through direct face-to-face sales interactions in County Mayo, focusing on residential households and multi-property owners with the goal of achieving a high conversion rate. This full-time position offers a base salary along with uncapped commission earnings, flexible working options, and various benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person sales visits door-to-door to potential residential clients and property owners.
• Market and sell the suite of Yuno Energy's products and services.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators consistently.
• Apply strategic sales techniques to maximize customer engagement and drive sales.
• Effectively overcome customer objections and close sales with a strong success rate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of leads, customer interactions, and sales results through CRM platforms.
• Provide continuous feedback to improve sales strategies and overall performance.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while representing the company.

Candidate Profile

• Highly self-motivated, driven, and resilient individual passionate about sales.
• Target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve on-target earnings alongside excellent service quality.
• Ambitious, enjoys challenges, and solution-focused.
• Outgoing personality with clear and effective communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of €32,000 plus potential commission of up to €15,000, with an OTE of approximately €50,000 in the first year.
• €2,000 sign-on bonus awarded after successful probation completion.
