Field Mobilizer

About the Role

As a Field Mobilizer, you will be responsible for implementing awareness initiatives aligned with Swachh Bharat themes. Your efforts will energize and inspire local communities through a variety of outreach and engagement activities, fostering visible behavioral changes toward cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out door-to-door campaigns and engage communities at the local level.
• Organize and conduct audio-visual awareness drives, rallies, Residents Welfare Association meetings, and school outreach programs.
• Assist in Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities including setting up banners, engaging crowds, and managing event facilitation.
• Gather feedback from citizens, reporting any misinformation or resistance encountered.
• Distribute branded promotional materials and capture documentation of all IEC activities through photographs and videos.
• Collaborate closely with zonal officers and campaign teams to meet daily IEC outreach goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of higher secondary education (10+2); graduates in Social Work or Humanities are preferred.
• 1 to 2 years experience in community outreach, mobilization activities, or involvement in Swachh Bharat initiatives.
• Proficient in the local language with excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanor.
• Competent in using smartphones for logging visits and uploading media documentation.
