About the Role and Company
Clean Harbors in Grande Prairie, Alberta is seeking a dedicated Field Laborer to join their safety-oriented team. This role focuses on assisting with the safe handling and operation of various industrial equipment, including High Pressure Units, Chemical, Combo, and Vacuum Trucks. Key Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to health and safety standards, following all safe work policies and procedures at all times.
- Support Operators in the proper and secure operation of equipment units.
- Ensure the stable, safe placement and setup of units at job sites.
- Complete all daily paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Handle rigging of equipment both for deployment and retrieval.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform general upkeep of equipment units after completing tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and external clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a valid full Class 5 Driver's License (excluding GDL).
- Previous industrial or oil field exposure in physically demanding labor roles is mandatory.
- Experience working with Vacuum, Chemical, or High Pressure units is required.
- Capability to operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a focus on safety and teamwork.
