Job Overview
We are urgently seeking two Facility Managers to join our team immediately at our Barmer location in Rajasthan. The role involves managing and supervising day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations encompassing maintenance, repairs, and renovation works.
- Coordinate closely with vendors and contractors to ensure punctual completion of projects.
- Design and execute facility management strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Perform regular inspections to verify adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to support overall organizational objectives.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient understanding of HVAC systems, solar water supplies, electrical works, plumbing, carpentry, and related facility services.
