Overview

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a globally recognized leader in real estate services and investment management, is seeking a skilled Facility Executive to oversee daily facility operations and maintain smooth workplace environments at their locations in Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage everyday facility operations to ensure seamless workplace functionality.
  • Supervise soft services such as housekeeping, pantry management, pest control, and hygiene maintenance.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to guarantee punctual service execution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Address employee requests, questions, and workplace concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee office administration tasks including management of stationery, consumables, and assets.
  • Conduct routine facility audits ensuring compliance with safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Generate and maintain reports, management information systems (MIS), and related documentation concerning facilities.
  • Provide support for workplace events, meetings, and activities aimed at employee engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies along with health, safety, and facility management standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor relationship management skills.
  • Sound understanding of administration principles and soft services management.
  • Robust problem-solving aptitude coupled with effective coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in Corporate Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or related administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with facility management platforms and ticketing systems is advantageous.

Core Competencies

Demonstrated communication skills, vendor and stakeholder management, customer service orientation, soft services oversight, administrative expertise, and MS Office proficiency are essential for success in this role.
