Facade Cleaner Level 1

Role Overview

The Facade Cleaner Level 1 role is a full-time, on-site position located in Doha, Qatar, responsible for ensuring exterior surfaces of buildings, especially glass facades, are cleaned safely and effectively. Routine tasks include washing and polishing windows, removing dust and stains from cladding and external areas, and maintaining excellent visual standards for client properties.

The position requires proper handling and setup of approved cleaning tools and equipment, strict adherence to safety protocols for working at heights, and prompt reporting of any observed damage or maintenance needs. Collaboration with fellow cleaners and supervisors is essential to complete assigned tasks timely, as well as following all company guidelines and client-specific requirements. The role also demands careful cleaning, leaving all work zones tidy and secure at the end of each shift.

Qualifications and Skills

• Capability to safely carry out physically demanding activities, including working at heights and manual handling.
• Familiarity with fundamental cleaning techniques, suitable cleaning chemicals for glass and exterior surfaces, and maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of occupational safety standards, use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with safe work processes.
• Basic communication skills to comprehend instructions, cooperate with the team, and report issues to supervisors clearly.
• Previous experience in facade, window, or general building cleaning is preferred, with prior exposure to facilities management or commercial property environments considered an advantage.
• Preparedness to perform duties outdoors under varying weather conditions, upholding company policies consistently.
• High reliability, strong attention to detail, and dedication to preserving a clean and professional appearance of buildings.
