About the Role

Join the Crawford & Company team in Darwin to play a pivotal role in assisting individuals recover after unexpected events. As an External Claims Adjuster, you will oversee the entire claims process from initial site inspections to final resolution. This involves evaluating damages, identifying causes, coordinating with specialists, and providing clear and compassionate guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote damage evaluations.
• Manage claims comprehensively from initiation to closure.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, clients, and relevant parties.
• Document decisions clearly and keep meticulous records.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Relevant background or qualifications in loss adjusting or related fields are preferred.
• Must have work authorization in Australia or New Zealand and pass a police background check.
