Role Overview
As an Expeditor at Bubba's 33, you will ensure food quality and order accuracy while maintaining cleanliness and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
Key Duties
- Follow portion sizes, quality standards, and all departmental policies and procedures rigorously.
- Keep your station clean throughout your shift to maintain hygiene standards.
- Accurately interpret and execute prep sheets and recipes.
- Verify the quality of food items and confirm order correctness before serving.
- Monitor food product levels during shifts and communicate supplies needs proactively.
- Ensure adherence to First-In, First-Out principles and proper product rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards continuously during work hours.
- Communicate efficiently in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork to support the kitchen and service teams.
