Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Expeditor who has a keen eye for food quality and can ensure timely and accurate order delivery in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all portion sizes and quality standards as per department policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the station throughout the entire shift.
- Accurately interpret and execute prep sheets and recipes.
- Verify food quality and confirm the accuracy of customer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels during shifts and communicate replenishment needs.
- Adhere strictly to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) food rotation standards.
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation standards are upheld continuously.
- Communicate effectively in a dynamic, high-volume work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a cooperative workplace.
