Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle end to end.
• Source and screen candidate profiles using job portals, social media channels, and other effective methods.
• Assess candidate profiles thoroughly to determine suitability for roles through screening and shortlisting.
• Investigate and implement best practices in technical recruitment.
• Build and maintain talent pools with innovative sourcing strategies.
• Manage relationships with both internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Communicate with hiring managers effectively to finalize candidate selections.
• Create clear, compelling job descriptions and communicate opportunities to potential candidates.
• Oversee campus recruitment drives to attract emerging talent.
• Ensure proper documentation for candidates including preparation of offer and appointment letters.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms while overseeing procurement and performance metrics.
• Manage recruitment-related Management Information Systems (MIS) to track and report on processes.
• Consistently adhere to deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications and Skills Required

• A minimum of a graduate degree is required.
• Possess 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in social media recruitment and headhunting, especially via platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for daily tasks.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and personal initiative.
• Possess strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
