Job Overview
We are seeking Executives with up to 2 years of experience to support the Order to Cash (O2C) process in a client-facing capacity. This role requires strong communication and accounting skills to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the accuracy and processing of invoicing for the company and its clients.
- Manage end-to-end understanding of the order to cash cycle, including billing and accounting entries.
- Interface directly with clients to manage queries and enhance service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in O2C process with client-facing exposure.
- Strong communication abilities combined with solid accounting knowledge.
- Familiarity with the full order to cash cycle including billing and accounting entries.
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and procurement portals such as Ariba is advantageous.
