Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food delivery and operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate chefs and kitchen staff, monitor staffing to fulfill service demands.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all food service activities including purchasing and receiving with appropriate controls.
• Lead with integrity and professionalism while fostering a positive team culture based on trust and respect.
• Communicate effectively to motivate staff and promote teamwork.
• Manage financial aspects such as food costs, supplies, uniforms, and equipment to meet budgetary goals.
• Contribute to menu development aligning offerings with guest expectations and business objectives.
• Enforce compliance with food safety standards and workplace safety protocols.
• Lead efforts to provide outstanding guest experiences, address feedback, and implement service improvements.
• Identify team training needs, provide coaching and mentoring to promote continual skill advancement.
