Job Overview
We are looking for a creative Executive Photographer with 1-2 years of experience specializing in product photography and image editing. The role involves capturing visually compelling product images, enhancing them digitally, and managing the entire photography workflow to meet brand and business standards efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality product images in line with brand specifications and commercial needs.
- Edit and retouch photographs utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
- Maintain digital records including image trackers, productivity metrics, and project documentation using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure the punctual delivery of photography projects and editing assignments.
- Develop, update, and sustain standard operating procedures for photography processes and image handling.
- Organize and archive digital images methodically for easy access and management.
- Uphold consistent image quality and conformity with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams for shoot planning and project execution.
- Manage equipment, studio environment, and lighting setups to optimize photo shoots.
- Adhere to quality standards and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Expertise in product photography techniques.
- Proficiency in camera operation with technical settings adjustment.
- Strong knowledge of studio lighting configuration.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for image enhancement.
- Competence in image retouching and color correction.
- Basic reporting and tracking using Microsoft Excel.
- Digital asset and image management proficiency.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Focus on maintaining high quality and process adherence.

Education and Eligibility
