About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Creative Director to lead the creative vision of our agency and fuel growth through outstanding creative work in healthcare communications. This senior leadership position requires over 25 years of experience, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated brand solutions that address complex business challenges in the healthcare sector. The role will involve elevating the agency's creative reputation on a global scale, leading major pitches, and ensuring creative excellence within healthcare advertising standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary creative teams to produce world-class creative work that enhances the agency's reputation regionally and globally.
  • Develop innovative big ideas that merge brand storytelling, technology, creative commerce, and innovation to tackle healthcare business challenges.
  • Steer the agency's creative vision and ensure compliance with the highest standards of healthcare advertising creativity.
  • Lead major global and regional pitches, collaborating across disciplines to secure new clients and stimulate business growth.
  • Create modern, integrated brand ecosystems combining creativity with e-commerce strategies and conversion-driven approaches.
  • Expand creative operations and capabilities to support agency growth and increase revenue.
  • Promote innovation and digital creativity to keep the agency at the forefront of healthcare communications.
  • Represent the agency externally, cultivating industry relationships and enhancing our standing in the creative community.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant creative leadership experience spanning several years at top global agency networks, with a record of advancing agency creative prestige.
  • Expertise in e-commerce and creative commerce with successful experience building integrated brand ecosystems focused on conversion.
  • Proven track record in leading and winning significant global and regional agency pitches.
  • Experience in scaling agency operations, growing teams, and enhancing revenue through creative excellence.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Communication, Art, Technology, Design, or related creative fields.
  • Fluent English at professional proficiency level.
  • Experience serving as juror at leading international advertising festivals such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, London International Awards, or Effie Awards.
  • Recipient of major international creative and effectiveness awards including Cannes Lions, LIA, D&AD, The One Show, Clio Awards, or Effie Awards.
  • Recognized within the creative industry as a leading voice, for example among Top 25 Influential Chief Creative Officers in 2026, and well-connected globally.
  • Deep passion for healthcare communications and a commitment to creating work that positively impacts lives.
