Job Overview
The role involves identifying and cultivating new market segments and clients to meet acquisition and retention goals, enhancing guest relationships through telemarketing and in-house event coordination, and ensuring guests receive timely and accurate details about ongoing promotions and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Uncover and develop potential markets and players to fulfill acquisition and retention targets.
- Strengthen guest connections through telemarketing and organizing on-site events.
- Stay informed on all internal programs, promotions, and events to communicate precise, current information to guests.
- Host guests, comprehend and fulfill their needs, and collect feedback aimed at delivering outstanding hospitality and service quality.
- Oversee credit limits and handle collections efficiently.
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with all regulatory mandates, company policies, SOPs, internal controls, and service standards.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old, as required by the relevant regulatory authorities.
- Possess a degree or diploma in Business or a related discipline and demonstrate competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Be open to working in rotating shifts that include weekends and public holidays.
