Event Operations Executive

About the Role

JNR Entertainment Private Limited is seeking a committed and practical Event Operations Executive to join our operations team in Singapore. This position entails supporting the comprehensive planning, setup, execution, and disassembly of events throughout Singapore, making sure that all necessary event equipment and onsite preparations are accurately managed and implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly, management during the event, and dismantling of event setups.
• Manage logistics and coordination of all event equipment.
• Help organize and set up various event components including tents, furniture, games, inflatables, and photobooths.
• Ensure all equipment and event arrangements are thoroughly prepared and managed with care.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Project Teams to fulfill event needs.
• Provide support with warehouse operations and handle equipment logistics as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Possess at least 1 to 2 years of pertinent experience in event operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Physically capable and comfortable performing active hands-on tasks.
• Strong organizational abilities paired with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays as events demand.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
• Holding a Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
