Key Responsibilities

• Serve guests with a high level of professionalism and attentiveness.
• Provide food service in The Brehon Bar alongside beverage service.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu to assist guests appropriately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by understanding and meeting their expectations.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Have strong knowledge of the local area and hotel amenities to inform guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic drinks, including cocktails.
• Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of glassware and bar tools.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to handle busy workloads.
• Exemplify outstanding customer service throughout the shift.
