Role Overview

We are actively recruiting Estimators with various levels of experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in commercial construction estimating and a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review and analyze bid documents to identify potential risks.
• Prepare comprehensive bid packages and evaluate competitive subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Collaborate with project management and other stakeholders to validate estimate accuracy.
• Oversee the buyout phase, awarding contracts to subcontractors, and managing contract procedures.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years experience estimating commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with lump sum and negotiated contract work is preferred.

Additional Information
