Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating function on site, managing a team of estimators and bid professionals to develop effective pricing strategies.
• Create early bid strategies ensuring tenders are transparent, innovative, and commercially robust.
• Maintain rigor and precision in project estimates with strong governance and quality controls.
• Forge and nurture productive relationships with clients, partners, designers, and internal teams.
• Advocate for constructability, safety, and intelligent risk management throughout project lifecycles.
• Influence HEB’s market positioning and help shape the future direction of the Structures division.

Candidate Profile

• A seasoned senior estimator or pre-contracts leader with over 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure estimating, ideally with expertise in Structures and/or marine projects.
• Proven leadership skills focusing on team development, culture cultivation, and capability building.
• Strong commercial insight combined with dedication to first-principles estimating, preferably familiar with CCS methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration and influence.
• A positive, people-oriented attitude aligned with company values: Open, Real, Together, Care, Deliver.
