Job Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and exceptionally organized Escalation Manager to oversee and resolve client escalations within the immigration services field. This position serves as the central point of contact for high-priority cases, guaranteeing client satisfaction while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and operational standards.
Primary Duties
- Handle and resolve complex client escalations related to immigration matters including visas, work permits, permanent residency, citizenship applications, and compliance concerns.
- Serve as an intermediary among clients, legal teams, case managers, and government agencies to facilitate prompt case resolution.
- Conduct thorough case analysis to determine the root causes of escalations and create strategic action plans to prevent future incidents.
- Deliver regular status reports and updates to senior management on escalation patterns, resolution durations, and client feedback.
- Develop and maintain escalation management procedures and documentation aimed at continuous process enhancement.
- Track and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for escalated cases to meet predefined timelines.
- Provide training and guidance to frontline case managers on effective escalation handling methods.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Advocate for client interests while upholding company policies and legal obligations.
- Collaborate with various departments including legal, operations, and client services to ensure thorough resolution of issues.
