Entry Level Maid/Cleaner

About the Role

We are urgently looking to hire Entry Level Maids/Cleaners to join our growing residential cleaning service team. Our company has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing cleaning firms in the nation, offering comprehensive home cleaning from regular upkeep to deep cleans. This is a full-time position with no nights, weekends, or holidays required, providing a family-oriented atmosphere where you can thrive and advance.

Work Hours & Location

Employees work Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM until the completion of their daily route. The role is based onsite in Eureka, MO.

Compensation & Benefits

• Average hourly pay ranges from $15 to $20, plus tips.
• Paid time off (PTO) available after six months of employment.

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates who have a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and enjoy serving others will excel in this role. We seek individuals 18 years or older who own a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle. Ideal candidates are ambitious with leadership potential and eager to be part of a company that gives back to the community by providing free cleanings for cancer patients through our partnership with "Cleaning for A Reason." Experience in related fields such as home health care, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, or hotel housekeeping is encouraged but not required.
